ERASMUS LANGUAGE TEST It is mandatory for Erasmus students to take an online language asssessment (depen-ding on the language). You get a message from IC if the assess-ment is relevant for you. MANDATORY ONLINE ERASMUS LANGUAGE ASSESSMENT As an Erasmus student you will be asked to do an online language assessment both before and after the exchange.

The International/Erasmus Office offers a special Turkish Language Course (5 ECTS) free of charge for incoming students each semester in two different levels. In this way, the international students easily and quickly adapt to the daily life in Turkey, as well as they adapt into the academic world of our university. As the primary goal of an ERASMUS period of study abroad is to study at the host university, not just to learn the language spoken in the country, a good level of proficiency in that language is required. You should be sufficiently proficient in the language spoken in the host country to be able to settle into daily life there. This is the case even if the university offers courses in English.

You can only take these classes if you are officially registered for the module ENGL108 as part of your Learning Agreement with the University of Liverpool.
